A replacement grommet for many fuel injected Fords, 1994 and newer. It fits the factory firewall hole for the injection harness. Panel hole size is oblong (roughly 3.125 long x 1.875 on one end to 1.5 on the other end) , wire opening size is 1.375 inch diameter.
